VACCINATION POLICY
Proof of the following vaccinations is required to be presented prior to check-in. Vaccinations not administered by a licensed veterinarian will not be accepted. Email records to info@animalinnwellness.com
Dogs – Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella
Cats – Rabies and Distemper/FVRCP
Birds – testing for polyoma, psittacosis and psittacine beak and feather virus. Conures also require negative pachecoes test.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS 
We appreciate that you may wish to leave some personal belongings as a comfort to your pet. Items such as a bed, blanket, treats and toys that you wish to bring from home are acceptable. Pet bowls can be left at home.

RESERVATIONS
We encourage making your reservations as early as possible as we can fill up quick. Please keep in mind that the summer season and long holiday weekends can be busy times. We suggest at least two months in advance for the following holiday periods

  • Thanksgiving week
  • Christmas & New Year’s weeks

NOTE: A credit card deposit equal to three days’ accommodations is required to secure reservations during holiday periods.

PAYMENT POLICY
We accept all major credit cards, local checks and cash. A credit card is required to secure all reservations. Payment for services is due in full upon departure.

CANCELLATIONS
We require a minimum 72 hours advance notice for reservation cancellations. Cancellations with less than 72 hours will be subject to a charge equal to three days accommodations.

UNDERSTANDING CHARGES:

You may drop off or pick up your pet at any time during normal business hours. Day of drop off is at full charge.  Day of departure is at full charge after 9:00 am. If you pick your pet up before 9:00 am we do not charge you for that day. The daily boarding fee structure is much like a hotel. For example, you arrive with your pet at 5:00 pm on Monday and pick up Wednesday at 8:00 am, that equals two days. Pick up at 10:00 am on Wednesday equals three days boarding charges.

AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS

Appointments may be scheduled before or after regular business hours for an additional fee. Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are not available at all times.
